To implement the 20th (2025) Cross-Strait and Hong Kong-Macau University Students AI Film and Television Competition, this event aims to:

  • Identify high-caliber teams for incubation in industrial parks,

  • Align with industrial demands through AI-driven filmmaking innovations.

This competition focuses on China’s “Computing Power Export” strategy, harnessing the immense resources of national “East Data, West Computing” hubs in Guizhou, Chengdu-Chongqing, and the Greater Bay Area. By establishing a Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau global computing pool, it enables millisecond-level intelligent scheduling, completely breaking down regional computing silos. This integration empowers the film industry to deliver AI-powered innovations—such as generative AI, virtual humans, and metaverse filmmaking—to transform traditional sectors like home appliance design, fashion, and cultural tourism through smart design and supply chain optimization.

Through the development of a unified AI-computing platform integrating 200+ industry models, we will significantly reduce costs for Chinese enterprises expanding overseas, propel domestic chips and cloud service ecosystems onto the global stage, and build service capabilities across 10 Belt and Road countries. This marks a historic leap from technology export to rule-setting leadership, demonstrating how Chinese computing power can reshape global collaborative ecosystems through AI creativity!

Participants will gain exclusive access to practical resource packages from national-level computing nodes, collectively shaping China’s digital blueprint for the AI era.
